Jeanette Badouel is a Franco-Ivorian expert in economic cooperation, territorial development, and international institutional relations. Founder and President of Métissage Internationale NGO since 1995, she has spent more than three decades strengthening ties between Europe and Africa through projects focused on development, education, healthcare, and women’s empowerment.

Former Mayor of the Municipality of Logoualé, Côte d’Ivoire, for two consecutive terms (2013–2023), she led numerous local development initiatives, social infrastructure projects, and international cooperation programs. She also served as President of the Association of Mayors of the Mountains and Bafing Districts (AVICOM-CI), coordinating a network of 24 municipalities.

Currently serving as Special Advisor to the Minister-Governor of the District of the Mountains, with responsibility for women’s empowerment, Jeanette Badouel applies her expertise to advancing inclusive economic development, mobilizing strategic partnerships, and enhancing the visibility and attractiveness of local territories.

Holding a Master’s Degree in Marketing Communication obtained in France, she is widely recognized for her leadership, her vision of sustainable development, and her unwavering commitment to women, youth, and international cooperation.
