Holder of a Master’s degree in American Literature and Civilizations obtained in Paris, Annyck Philomène OKOKO combines academic excellence, managerial expertise, and social commitment.

After a career in insurance, she turned to supporting local authorities. As the Representative of the Institut de Formation aux Métiers de la Ville (IFMV) in Congo, she works toward modern local governance and the professionalization of development actors.

Founder of the Chrysalide Association, she supports women and young girls in precarious situations through actions focused on empowerment, inclusion, and social transformation.

Committed and inspiring, she organizes high-impact conferences in Brazzaville, including the one held on *May 9, 2026, on the theme *”The Impact of Digital Technology on the Identity Construction of Congolese Women”, as well as awareness campaigns as part of Pink October. She is preparing a conference for December on violence against women.

A recognized author, she has published “Ombres et Lumières” (poetry), “Mes Pensées Profondes”, and “Paroles Inspirantes du Soir” (personal development). She also co-writes anthologies for the inclusion of deaf and mute youth.

Through her blog “Les Billets d’Annyck’O” and her television appearances, she amplifies the voices of women who choose to take charge of their lives and transform society.

Convinced that every human being carries within them the resources for their own fulfillment, Annyck Philomène OKOKO contributes to building a more solidarity-based, inclusive, and humane Congolese society.
