Long committed to social action and community development, Laetitia Wele Ngalula is a dedicated changemaker who devotes her energy to promoting human dignity and empowering vulnerable populations.
As President of DIBA/SOLEIL NGO and Founder of the Association Center for Young Mothers (CAJFM), she leads innovative initiatives that support young mothers, women facing hardship, and underprivileged families in Kananga, Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Her work focuses on several key areas, including access to education, the fight against gender-based violence, socio-economic integration, strengthening women’s leadership, and sustainably improving the living conditions of local communities.
A visionary leader deeply committed to the values of solidarity, inclusion, and sustainable development, Laetitia Wele Ngalula strives to build a future in which every woman and girl has the opportunity, resources, and support needed to realize her full potential and contribute meaningfully to the development of society.
Through her involvement with Making Africa Great Ahead (MAGA), she joins a network of African leaders dedicated to promoting social innovation, human development, and the positive transformation of the African continent.
