Chief Mrs. Olubunmi Kuku is being honored at the MAGA/GIFA D’OR AWARD in Paris for her outstanding contributions to the aviation industry and well being of the staffs. She’s the Managing Director and CEO of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) and has made history as the first female MD of FAAN.

- Innovative Processes: Introducing new procedures to enhance airport operations efficiency
- Promoting Safety and Consumer-Centricity: Creating a safer and more consumer-centric aviation landscape in Nigeria

She’s received several awards, including the Aviation Agency CEO of the Year 2024 and the 2025 Excellence Award from the Centre for International Advanced and Professional Studies (CIAPS). Her leadership has been credited with boosting operational efficiency, reducing delays, and promoting a culture of professionalism and well being of airport staff.
