Raphael Bamindele Oni is an award-winning photojournalist, diplomatic correspondent, and media strategist with recognized expertise in international relations, cultural diplomacy, and strategic communication. As Editor-in-Chief of Diplomats Extra Magazine, he delivers authoritative coverage of global diplomacy, high-level engagements, and international affairs.
He has conducted exclusive interviews with senior officials and produced compelling visual narratives that have earned national and international recognition. His work spans media strategy, capacity building, and narrative development for governments and international organizations, with a strong focus on China–Africa relations and South–South cooperation.
An accomplished author of Balancing the Narratives: China-Africa Relations in the 21st Century and Author’s Blueprint: How to Write, Publish and Succeed, Raphael is also actively advancing his academic pursuit with a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy at the University of Abuja.
