IBRAHIMA DIALLO: Visionary Leader in Transport, Logistics, and African Economic Integration.

Ibrahima Diallo is a dynamic Guinean entrepreneur, influential leader, and dedicated advocate for the development of transport and logistics across West Africa. As Director General of STPD SARLU since 2024, he continues to drive excellence in transportation and diversified services, building on a remarkable career spanning over 25 years of strategic leadership, institutional building, and international cooperation.

A recognized figure in the African transport sector, Ibrahima Diallo has played pivotal roles in both national and continental organizations. In 2024, he was appointed Vice-President of the Sectoral Committee for Research and Innovation in West Africa of the African Union Organization for Transport and Logistics (UAOTL). He also serves as Guinea’s Official Representative within the UAOTL in Morocco, where he actively contributes to shaping the future of African logistics and trade.

His international influence is reflected in his active participation in numerous high-level forums. In 2025 alone, he contributed to the 50th anniversary of the historic Saharan Market in Laayoune, the Consular and Economic Cooperation Workshops in Marseille, France, the 2nd Edition of the LOGITERRE Salon in Casablanca, and an extraordinary meeting of the UAOTL Permanent Committee in Morocco. In 2024, he participated in the 1st Congress of the UAOTL and the inaugural LOGITERRE Salon in Tangier, while leading business development missions to Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium.

Nationally, Ibrahima Diallo has been instrumental in professionalizing Guinea’s transport sector. He founded IM Transport Transit (IMTT)* in 2021, where he served as Director General. He has held several leadership positions, including 1st Vice-President of the National Union of Road Drivers of Guinea (UNCRG), Treasurer of the UNTRG, and Vice-President of the Guinea Coordination within the Union of Road Drivers of West Africa (UCRAO). His early contributions include serving as a founding member and 1st Vice-President of the National Union of Road Drivers of Guinea, as well as key administrative and financial roles in major transport organizations since 2015.

A committed supporter of national development, he served in 2024 as 1st Vice Central Coordinator of the Dynamic Coordination of Guineans for the Support of the Head of State’s Actions. His academic foundation includes a BTS in International Trade and Transit obtained in 1998, which laid the groundwork for his expertise.

Fluent in French and with a working knowledge of English, Ibrahima Diallo also speaks several Guinean national languages (Pular, Soussou, Malinké, and Wolof). Passionate about continuous learning, he regularly engages in reading, scientific research, sports, and international travel — activities that fuel his strategic vision and innovative mindset.
