Making Africa Great Ahead: Driving Economic Growth through Youth and Women Empowerment

by qlebw

Making Africa Great Ahead (MAGA) is a dynamic diaspora-led NGO committed to transforming Africa through *good governance, economic growth, and sustainable development. At the heart of its mission is the prestigious *GIFA D’OR Awards, which honour visionary leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, and philanthropists shaping a prosperous continent.

MAGA places youth and women empowerment at the core of its economic strategy. Its resolute dream is clear: no more young Africans drowning in desperate crossings of the Mediterranean Sea. By investing in quality education, skills acquisition, entrepreneurship training, job creation, and leadership development, MAGA equips youths and women to become drivers of economic growth at home — reducing poverty, building safe communities, and creating generational wealth.

These initiatives directly fuel sustainable economic expansion by unlocking human capital, fostering innovation, and promoting inclusive entrepreneurship, particularly in sectors like health, technology, and small-scale enterprises. As a passionate advocate for education and women’s empowerment, President *Uche EJIMS leads efforts that bridge the diaspora with homeland opportunities, turning potential into tangible progress.
